Consortium for Engineering Program in Excellence (CEPE)

ABOUT

The Consortium for Engineering Program Excellence (CEPE) supports lean thinking within large-scale engineering programs by integrating program management, systems engineering, product development and systems engineering approaches.

CEPE’s mission is to help organizations achieve competitive advantage by systematically improving the performance of their engineering programs, thought leadership and practical tools that facilitate improved performance. To this end, the program focuses on integrating key knowledge, focusing on management activities, defining root engineering challenges, identifying best practices and creating a vibrant community of stakeholders in government and industry.
