This project applied SEAri systems engineering methods to the marine systems domain, including determining main uncertainty and risk factors that need to be taken into account at design time.

This project used both the Enterprise Strategic Analysis for Transformation (ESAT) and Enterprise Architecting (EA) methodologies developed within MIT’s Sociotechnical Systems Research Center (SSRC) to develop and conduct a program evaluation of the Mass HIE.
