Jim McMillen is an managing director with Accenture Analytics focusing on the fraud and compliance analytics delivery capabilities. Jim has over 20 years of leadership and consulting experience with Fortune 100 organizations and specializes in the application of advanced analytics to improve customer relationships while maximizing profitability. Most recently, Jim held an executive role with Nordstrom where he led and envisaged the innovation of analytics in the areas of credit risk, fraud prevention, operational effectiveness, and compliance. Previously, he led risk and fraud analytic activities for Qwest Communications and provided consulting services while at FICO and Equifax.

Shen Liu is a senior principal with Accenture Analytics. With more than 10 years of consulting experience across industries, Shen specializes in fraud analytics, analytics solution architecture, data mining, advanced business analytics, and predictive modeling. Shen has extensive experience working with big and complex data from various analytical platforms and database environments to solve mission critical business problems ranging from integrated marketing to risk and fraud. Shen hold a MS degree in statistics from the Ohio State University and is located in Washington DC.
